Private Infos for Wild Love Facilitators 2025

We received your workshop offer and we welcome you to WILD LOVE 2025. Please read through it and we ask you to co-create with us WILD LOVE 2025 together. 

AGREEMENTS FOR FACILITATORS

  • You might be asked to hold a Pod during the 3 days. This means meeting the same group of participants each morning for 45 min for sharing and tuning together. The groups will be decided at the opening ceremony and will stay together until the end. Please bring a sacred object for the selection.

  • You will get a ticket for the festival, we are grateful for your participation with us.

  • You will get full 3 day vegan meals, from our beautiful plant-based kitchen.

  • You receive a discount of 30% for the accommodation.

  • Transport is NOT included

  • Each morning all facilitators and assistants will gather for a short meeting at 09.30 - this is not optional.

  • You are welcome to offer a Private Session, before, during and after the festival.

  • We are asking all facilitators to promote your workshop prior to the festival. This is a co-created event. https://www.wildloveiceland.com/

On-Site Information

  • There will be 3 halls where workshops will happen simultaneously.

  • There will also be a large swimming pool where workshops will happen. We also have a smaller geothermal pool.

Each hall will have a designated assistant to support the preparation and closure for each workshop. Please find your assistant on site by yourself and inform us.


PROMOTION ON SITE

  • The facilitators can use the event for self-promotion by announcing their future events and sharing their materials. Please bring flyers or brochures.

  • There will be a designated table for facilitator promotion packages.

From Keflavik Airport - to Reykjavik, there is a 45-minute bus ride or drive by personal (or rental car.)

Transport to the venue:
We arrange and offer transport from Kex Hostel, Skúlagata 28,101 Reykjavik at 14.00 on the 17th of Sept, the festival day, space for 19 people. The transport is NOT included in your ticket. 14.900 ISK ( 96 EUR )
Return to Reykjavik on the evening of the 21st of September

DINNER:
Dinner will be served at 18.00 at the VIBE Hall.

Opening Ceremony:
The Opening Ceremony starts at 20.00 at the VIBE Hall.



PRIVATE SESSIONS:
If you as a facilitator want to offer private sessions - they will be announced on your profile.
Participants are invited to contact you directly. All Payments goes directly in your account.
If you want to offer private sessions, please 2-3 sentences about them with us via Email (if you have not done it already in your facilitator application)
During the festival - you will be able to book a private session room. 


 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Ear Plugs

  • Blind Fold

  • Sarong

  • please bring an extra sheet for sanitary purposes

  • towel

  • for those who can, bring an extra Towel for our geothermal pool

  • If you have your special oil or lubricant, bring it. Wild Love provides coconut oil

  • warm sweater, rain jacket

  • a fancy dress for some of the temples

  • bathing suit

  • music instruments are very welcome
