My passion is to help others connect with the natural intelligence of their bodies through movement and sacred sexuality. I hold space in a way that feels free, grounded and alive. The Nourished Woman

We will dive into what it means to us to be a nourished woman. Followed by a guided self love ritual connecting to our heart, body and energy. Your connection to yourself and your body is one of your greatest resources in this life and I welcome you on a journey to fill yourself up with your own love, care and energy.
