Workshops
Touch As Medicine (Oxytocin Dance Meditation)
Touch As Medicine is a guided meditation journey through the healing power of conscious, consensual touch — a slow, immersive descent into what might be called "Temple Space": a place beyond the thinking, seeking, comparing mind, where the body knows exactly what it needs, and the group moves together like a single breathing organism. Beginning in stillness with your own body, the experience gradually unfolds — fingertips reaching toward other fingertips, then hands, arms, whole bodies — always at your own pace, always by your own choice. Simple spatial cues and open-hand touch create a container so safe that the thinking mind can finally let go, and the group drops into something rare: where you are held without agenda, touched without transaction, met without performance. A bath of oxytocin. An experience of deep belonging.
Bodies As Medicine
This is not just a workshop about body positivity. It is something starker, more honest, and ultimately more liberating than that. Most of us carry a private war with our bodies — the parts we hide, the things we've never said out loud, the shame we assume is uniquely, embarrassingly ours. This workshop creates the conditions for that war to end. Not through affirmation or reassurance, but through something more powerful: the raw, undeniable experience of shared humanity. Nudity is a central part of this journey. You will never be required to remove a single item of clothing — but you will be invited to, and witnessed if you do. Come prepared to be confronted. Come prepared to be surprised. Come prepared to discover that the thing you have most tried to hide may be the very thing that sets you free.
Boundaries As Medicine
In sex positive and Temple spaces, boundaries are not a barrier to connection — they are the foundation of it. Most of us have learned, in ways we barely noticed, to override ourselves. An inauthentic yes might seem to smooth things over and bring you closer, but it builds a wall against true intimacy. The heights and depths of Temple Space are only available to those who are actually present — and you cannot be present if part of you is quietly betraying itself. This experiential workshop gives you the embodied tools to know your boundaries in real time and uphold them with confidence — so that your yes means yes, your no is a gift, and real connection becomes possible. If you are going to be in Temple or sex positive spaces at this festival, this workshop is not optional. It is the ground everything else is built on.
