Marcell aka Marcilian is the founder of Sauna Zen Iceland and has aquired four sepparate diplomas in the realms of aufguss, specialising in herbal-gus and show-gus. With inexhaustible passion to push the attendees boundaries with care and respect, one can expect vigurous stimulation of all their senses while encouraged to constantly unfold into a better version of themselves with Marcilian's guidence.

Dear soul, you are wholeheartedly welcomed to this sauna ceremony, an innward journey, guided by the elements and the wisdom of the Inter Tribal Medicine Wheel. Expect a symphony of scents to compliment each round, each element, invitation for breathwork, primal release, toning, deep meditation and the joyous celebration of being alive. We will be playing with the polarities af yin and yang, hot and cold, activation and stillness to drop even further into the present moment. Peace, Love and Sauna!

Private sauna - Saunagus YOUR WAY!

Invitation for a deeper dive into the the heat, into yourself, for YOU and YOURSELF ! How? Let’s chat, share with me your intention, and I will curate a unique flow for your needs. Included is allowance to browse through a extensive library of high end essential oils and special sauna cosmetics for the body, music to accompany the journey and anything else to fit your needs, desires, for a personalised experience. 1 hour 25.000isk (2x 15 min or 3x 10 min active time in sauna, 30 min between rounds for rest, refresh and receiving blessing from sacred smoke) 2 hours 40.000isk (4x 15 min active time time in sauna, 60 min between rounds for rest, refresh and receiving blessings from sacred smoke). Guests are welcome to chip in together for a private session and have a shared intention for a shared experience.

Timings for a private session needs to fit Wild Love schedule and be pre approved in advance.
