Lea is an Icelandic priestess and transformational guide devoted to awakening what lives dormant in the body and soul—the ancient knowing passed through bloodline, the medicine of the land itself, and the wisdom of those who came before. Born into a lineage of land-workers and healers, Lea brings formal training in Lifestyle Medicine (Harvard Medical School), advanced tantric studies (ISTA and Atman Academy), and Life Coaching (Mindvalley)—but her real education comes from Iceland itself, her ancestors, and her years of facilitating women's circles and transformational work. Her facilitation weaves together tantric embodiment, polarity medicine, and deep ancestral work—creating portals where you meet the sacred within yourself through the sacred of the land.
