Jónas Tryggvi, IS
I’m Jónas Tryggvi Stefánsson — ICF Certified Coach, yoga teacher, cacao facilitator and Keith’s Cacao Practitioner, computer scientist, and most of all: a student of life. I’ve been part of the tantra scene in Iceland for several years, and I’ve walked the path of embodied transformation through ISTA Level 1 (repeater) and Level 2. I’m currently studying in AWE’s Ecstatic Mysticism program (formerly known as Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training), where I’m diving deep into psychotherapy, philosophy, life, death, plant wisdom, and ancient indigenous knowledge from Asia, Central and South America, and Africa. I don’t have all the answers — but I’ve seen some things, and I’m here to share what I’ve learned so far. My work lives at the intersection of trust, communication, responsibility, sexuality, community, and the messy beauty of being human.

You’ll explore how to resolve drama in your life, learn how to build trust in real time, and gain tools to navigate even the most complex relational dynamics. It might not be easy, but it can be made simple. Have you been accused of something and didn’t know how to respond? Have you been hurt and want to step forward without getting stuck in blame or shame? Have you found yourself caught between conflicting narratives, unsure of what’s true or fair? Perfect. This is for you — and honestly, for everyone. No shame. No spiritual bypassing. Just real, human work — supported by frameworks drawn from years of learning, practice, coaching, and conscious embodiment. Through interactive practices, group connection, and honest dialogue, we’ll learn together as a community how to lead from responsibility and step into greater integrity, clarity, and relational power.
