Tara is a lover and researcher of life. She studied psychology, was trained in a variety of body therapy methods and transformational group facilitation, and is deeply dedicated to an ongoing exploration of what it means to be human. Her greatest teacher is the unfolding of life in every moment. She is constantly listening, while merging her intuitive wisdom with scientific and mystical knowledge. Throughout the past twelve years, her emphasize has been especially on the topics of love, sexuality and embodiment. Tara is deeply rooted both in spirit and matter and brings the medicine of the heart. Her spaces come with a great sense of safety and permission, allowing individuals and groups to drop deep into the exploration of their authentic self and life in all its forms.
