Terms & Conditions
Wild Love Festival Iceland operates under the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all participants, facilitators, assistants, and those co-creating the Festival.
Health & Safety
I accept full responsibility for my own health and well-being, and I will follow the advice of the organizers in all matters concerning health and safety.
Consent
I take care of my own boundaries and respect the boundaries of others.
Photography & Video
I am aware that during the Festival, photographs and video recordings will be taken by an official festival photographer. These may be used for promotional purposes only.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is my responsibility to clearly inform the festival organizers and the photographer. My request will be respected and taken into account.
Clothing & Nudity
I understand that some workshops may include optional nudity. I am free to decide whether or not to participate in such activities. Nudity is only permitted in workshop rooms.
Sexual Activity
Penetrative sex is permitted in private rooms only.
Shoes
I agree to leave outdoor shoes in the designated area.
Emails
I agree that my email address may be used for communication regarding festival information, feedback, and upcoming events.
Attendance
Small Sharing Circles (Pods)
All attendees will be part of a smaller group and will participate in a daily morning sharing circle.
Payments
I understand that my ticket is personal and non-refundable.
Disclaimer
In consideration of my participation in Wild Love Festival, I hereby release and discharge the organizers, teachers, workshop leaders, musicians, and staff—jointly and individually—from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, or demands for any damage, loss, or injury which may hereafter be sustained through participation in the Festival.
Goals, Longings & Intention
By participating in the Festival, I understand that I may experience emotional, mental, and spiritual insights that may move or challenge me.
Confidentiality
I agree to maintain confidentiality. This means I will not disclose any individual’s identity, personal stories, or experiences. I am free to speak about my own experience, but I understand that everything said or done in the workshop rooms during the Festival is confidential.
I agree not to take photos, or make audio or video recordings in the workshop rooms.
Direct Communication
I commit to maintaining direct and respectful communication with others. Should any issues arise, I will seek resolution through dialogue. If needed, I will request assistance from the Festival Support Team.
Emotional Security
I take full responsibility for my own participation in all exercises and activities. I may withdraw from any activity at any time.
I am aware that a Support Team of coaches and healers will be available during the Festival to provide assistance with emotional matters that may arise.
Support
I agree to request support from the Festival Support Team, workshop leaders, or organizers, using clear and direct communication when I need assistance.
Insurance
I am solely responsible for arranging any insurance coverage I may require during the Festival. I cannot claim compensation from the organizers for any activity I voluntarily participate in.
No Mind-Altering Substances
During the Festival, I will not use alcohol or any mind-altering substances.
I understand that smoking (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers) is only permitted outdoors in designated areas.
Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices
Mobile phones, computers, and other electronic devices may only be used in private areas. If urgent use is required, I agree to inform a facilitator or organizer beforehand.
Photography & Video
I am aware that during the Festival, photographs and videos will be taken by an official festival photographer. These photographs and recordings will be used for promotional purposes only.
I am aware that if I do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, it is my responsibility to clearly communicate this to the organizers and photographer in advance, and to take reasonable steps to avoid being included in such recordings. My request will be respected and acted upon.
